Photo Tampering throughout History
Photo Tampering throughout History
Though photo manipulation has become more common in the age of digital cameras and image editing software, it actually dates back almost as far as the invention of photography. Gathered below is an overview of some of the more notable instances of photo manipulation in history. For recent years, an exhaustive inventory of every photo manipulation would be nearly impossible, so we focus here on the instances that have been most controversial or notorious, or ones that raise the most interesting ethical questions.

Two photos - 30 years apart
Two photos, thirty years apart, move the Web | The Upshot - Yahoo! News
Thirty years ago, the first space shuttle launched into the stratosphere. Chris Bray and his father Kenneth watched -- and took a picture. Then last Friday, the shuttle Atlantis took its final trip. Again, the Bray men were there. And again, the two snapped a photo to capture the moment.
The side-by-side photos, which are up on Chris Bray's Flickr photostream, immediately went viral on the Web.

It reminds me of Homers webpage except without the cool.Greasy
Just testing how the whole flickr + blog thing pans out. If it works, I can be one of the laziest people on earth. WOOOOHOOOO!
I'm back!

I like bubbles and for some reason I like this shot. If you zoom in you can see me in all the bubbles. Maybe I just like myself so much that seeing hundreds of me just gets me all excited. Yeah, that's what it is. I've got the hots for myself. I hope it doesn't go any further though 'cause I'd hate to be in a relationship with me. And if I ever had my own kids... Freak show!
