Your1TrueLove is a subscription service (the "Service") with an initial 4 messages sent and then ongoing daily horoscope messages at $5 per message. By requesting mobile content from 19 35 45, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You will be charged for this Service through your mobile phone bill. You must be the bill payer of your mobile phone service. By opting into our Service, you agree to be receive commercial messages, whether a current or former customer. To cancel the Service, send STOP to 19 35 45 or call 1300 658 360 for customer support.
This Agreement contains our complete terms and conditions and explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the use of the Service.
All material including information, design, graphics and text ("Material") is subject to copyright. Your1TrueLove, or its suppliers own all intellectual property rights and copyright in the Material, which is fully subject to and protected by Australian and international laws. Any violation of the intellectual property rights and copyrights will be taken seriously and you may be subject to litigation and damages if you copy, use, modify or disseminate the Material in any way.
In providing the Service, there is no warranty that the Service or the information will meet your requirements, nor does Your1TrueLove guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the service with respect to performance, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. You also warrant that you will not rely on the information as the sole basis for making any decisions and indemnify Your1TrueLove for any actions you take. To the extent permitted by law, Your1TrueLove and its employees, agents or representatives exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of, or reliance on, the information whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission by us or any of our employees, agents or representatives. In the case that any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, Your1TrueLove limits its liability to the extent permitted by law, to no more than $100.
As per these terms, you will be charged at the rate mentioned on this site and in other advertising material. There is the possibility, if the handset is switched off, out of range, or is incompatible, that the message will not reach the handset, even though you will be charged. We will not offer a refund for any undelivered messages but we are happy to resend the message at no additional charge to you.
You agree to indemnify Your1TrueLove from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by Your1TrueLove, its parent company, its directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of your use of this service or any claim by a third party arising from an act or omission by you in connection with this service.
