Absolutely brilliant! In these last two videos you gave the very best explanations of knife-sharpening I have ever come across! I do like all my knives very sharp (pocket-, utility-, kitchen knives etc.) and I do spend a lot of time, and take a lot of care keeping them that way. However, until I watched your videos, I was totally unaware that stropping can make such a big difference. Can't wait to try it and see the results. Thank you very much for this valuable lesson!
