Would never purchase another product from this company.i paid for an item received an email invoice that day confirming my purchase and another tthe following day with an order number saying i would receive it in 7-10 days....waited 17 days heard nothing so i rang to be told they hadnt even shipped it yet!!absolutely disgusting and i said so,cancelled the order then and there and was told by the telemarketer that a refund had been done and money would be back in the account in 3 days.received an email on the 3rd day saying that they had only just processed the refund and it would be 5 to 7 working days....point being that this is an unreliable badly run company and i would not rely on prompt delivery or even a person that knows what theyre talking about
